 A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by various instruments with specific vibrations such as singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and chimes. These sound frequencies help calm the mind, relax the body, and balance the energy system.


 Sound healing works through the science of vibration and resonance. Every cell, organ, and energy center in your body has its own natural frequency. When you are stressed or out of balance, those frequencies can become disharmonious.

The therapeutic tones of sound healing instruments help bring your body back into harmony by:

Wear loose, cozy clothing and bring:

Yes — while sound therapy isn’t a substitute for medical treatment, it can be a powerful complementary practice. Many clients experience emotional release, stress relief, and reduced physical discomfort as the body shifts out of “fight or flight” and into “rest and repair” mode.


That depends on your personal goals and needs.

  • For deep relaxation or stress relief, once a month may be perfect.
  • For emotional or energetic healing, weekly or biweekly sessions can help you stay aligned and grounded.

 Sound therapy is gentle and safe for most people. However, those with sound sensitivity, epilepsy triggered by sound, or certain medical devices (like pacemakers) should consult their healthcare provider first.

Some people do fall asleep, and that's perfectly okay. The deep relaxation can naturally lead to sleep for some participants.
